For security, registration and login events retain IP address, browser user agent, and country for 90 days; only the super admin can view them.

Browser registration is complete. The menu app also needs this device token in macOS Keychain.
Uploads are visible only to this Mac and the super admin until a recipient uses the exact invitation code. The browser cannot read local Codex projects. Uploads stay scoped to the selected profile and project.
You can manage only this Mac. Source project and chat offering remains in the Codex Sync menu app.
